Analyze the molding process of plastic extruder. The plastic extruder is the "nemesis" of waste plastics and a leader in the plastic machinery industry. Therefore, its advantages in use are recognized by users. Huate Machinery Factory in Guzhen, Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province provides users with the steps for installing plastic extruders:

Firstly, according to the production plan, it is necessary to replace the mold. First, locate the mold, remember the specifications and models, search for the corresponding core rod and mouth mold, and complete the necessary screws, nuts, heating rings, sizing sleeves, sealing plates, printing equipment, and tools. If the model cannot be matched, find the person in charge to check whether the size of the transition sleeve matches the connection between the mold and the flow core.

Secondly, check if the heating device inside the core rod is intact, and clean the mold of oil and debris. If it is rusted or damaged for a long time, it shall be repaired or polished, and then the gap between the die and the mandrel shall be adjusted after connecting the flange piece, die body, adjusting screw, die pressing plate, and locking screw piece by piece.

Thirdly, according to the external dimensions of the mold body, install the heating ring (the thermometer thermocouple seat hole should be located above), connect the heating wire and thermocouple feedback wire, and remember that the thermocouple must be inserted in place. Remove and replace the calibrating sleeve and vacuum box sealing plate, or the vacuum and cooling water connection pipes on the profile shaping mold, and install them horizontally with the mold.

Fourthly, the accessories of the traction pressure plate, cutting fixture, and auxiliary equipment of the length fixing device must be checked and found to be correct before the mold installation is considered intact. In short, during the mold installation and disassembly process, the screws or wrenches must be securely fastened, otherwise they may be damaged, and the surface of the flow channel should be protected from any damage.
